I had a great mini massage after a group run with 11th Hour Racing & will definitely be back for more.
Had a leg massage with Joey this morning, and he did a great job! Calming atmosphere in the waiting room and the massage room, as well. My legs are feeling rested for the first time in a while! Definitely pay these folks a visit!
I received a sports massage this morning after running over eight miles in the heat, and my legs feel 100%. The Phila Massage staff is very knowledgeable; and I'd recommend them to any athlete. Phila Massages is the only place 11th Hour Racing goes before during, and after our races.
