I had a check engine light on for over a year and had taken it to another dealership that had not been able to figure out the issue. After several trips back to that other dealership and wasted time, Phil Waterford’s Ford was able to diagnose and find the issue, resolve the issue, and deliver my truck back to me in a timely fashion. Took my wife's vehicle to check out an a/c blend door motor failure. It was making th clicking noise and Jim recognized it right away ans the fault. Also had a drive shafy slip bump that Jim also heard and recognize as the issue. Called me 1 hr later to tell me those two things were the problem and that extended wty would not cover. Cost would be $1090 decided to fix myself and was charged two hours for diagnostic that took less than an hour to diagnose. I was charged for two hours at $195/hr. They are ripping people off.
