Love it! – Went here with a friend and the only negative we found was whlie she was waiting for me to arrive, the bartender was "extremely" rude to her. So much so that she let the hostess know and I believe the comment was "we hear that a lot". BUT everything else was GREAT!!! Our server was great, and the food was unbelieveable!
Worst Experiance at a Steakhouse – I was really excited to go to this steakhouse to celebrate my new job with my husband. We have been to some of the best steakhouses in New York and LA and wanted to go to this place, because we heard good things about it. The waitress was wonderful, but when we got our steaks ($52 and ordered them medium rare) they were very overdone.... Not even the slightest amount of pink in the center. We very politely sent them back to be redone (since they were so expensive!). Not a minute later, the ... read more
Traveling into Chicago looking for Steak from the net – The waiter/greeter at the front ignored us and talked to the previous customers then chased her down outside because she forgot her scarf, he did say he'd be back. The next greeter thought we were taken care of so we stood there. The other girl behind the counter said he'd be right back. The 2nd guy ended up seating us. The scarf chaser came back later and sang opera to another table while we were waiting on the food. I overheard that the people at the table behind us r... read more

Outstanding Service and Unique Atmosphere Gets Three Thumbs Up – Located where the name suggests, 437 Rush (at Hubbard) is Phil Stefani's classic Italian steakhouse featuring everything from an exceptional lobster bisque to succulent prime steak chops. While the food is outstanding here, nothing beat the service of the bartender, Brian, during my visit. Friendly, knowledgeable and overall entertaining, he made my overall experience enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend spending a happy hour, night out with friends, fam... read more
One of the best steaks in town! – I love this place. Chicago is a steak town, and this restaurant helps to set the standard. I've been to pretty much every steakhouse in Chicago, and the suburbs. Read on to see how it rates in my estimation. You expect a good steak in Chicago. That's a given. Stefani's delivers. Here is what I like. The rest of the menu provides you a great dining experience. I had a cup of the lobster bisque to start off. Incredibly rich. Onto the main course. My filet was prepared perfectly. I like it medi... read more
Great place to eat – I went here with my co worker for a lunch celebration. The foods are great and I love the open bar which you can drink all you can!
Hits the spot every time! – Restaurant is always busy but the service and attention is impecable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Menu is just awesome and sometimes hard to make as everything sounds fabulous. My husband and I have eaten here a couple of times and have never been disappointed!! Definitely a keeper!!!
Can't wait to go back – My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner and had a perfect evening out. He had the Prime Kansas City Strip. He ordered it medium rare and it came out perfect. I really enjoyed my Maccheroni Cipriani with shimp. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. There were no children in sight, thank god. We shared the tiramisu for dessert and were blown away. Also, on my way out, I noticed the bar area which seemed perfect for happy hour after work. I will be coming back to this restaur... read more
