Brought in my 2012 LaCrosse for service twice in the last month. The General Manager promptly took care of my issues that I had prior to my arrival (via telephone). Turned a potential bad experience into a great one. The GM seemed to genuinely care & really listened to me. Salesman - Dennis & the finance guy are great folks as well.
