My GMC Yukon taillight went out recently and I was hoping it was simply a plug, fuse or wire so I finally broke down and took it to Phil Moore Buick and had it inspected. They confirmed it was the LED strip that went out and was going to cost me a fortune to replace the entire tail light casing and after asking for a possible discount on the taillight the parts manager agreed to give it to me at cost. shady dealership people keep having to take the vehicles back for the same reason they act like they can't fix what's wrong and Jimmy mize is just a rude person don't buy from these people they always have complaints from the quick lube department always leaving oil under the car and inside the car on the seat
Great experience with Dennis and his crew. Stopped at a closer GMC place and they acted like it was such a hassle to even get a key for me. Dennis and his crew took great care of us and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond on service.
We come in and purchased a new 2018 Yukon. Been looking at it for a couple months prior to coming in. Our salesman, Mitch, was more than helpful. He went above and beyond to compare vehicles, prices and has returned all my calls and messages regarding the Yukon. Also, all the staff members there were absolutely wonderful!
