I have had nothing but problems with their service department. I bought a car from them and it had a shake at 80 which I thought was the bushing they were waiting to replace (which they had t send to another shop to do since they didnt have the equipment to di it)! After the replacement still had the shake. I took it to Les Schwab and 3 out of 4 of my tires were out of balance (Toyota had to replace 2 tires when car was bought) so they failed to balance tires properly.
