Very disappointed in the service Department. I purchased a brand new Tundra from Phil Meador and expected the Toyota customer service. I live over in WY and is not the easiest to get there so I arranged for an appointment earlier in the week only to receive a call saying that their service department could not perform what I needed and wanted me to reschedule, this is late in the day Friday as I have already made accommodations to come over to Pocatello.
