Bracken comments to other dealers about how they screw people over. When he is the one making up the stories. shameful that you had to make up a story to put another dealer down.
My husband and I went there to because of a car we got in the mail. When there a lady with blonde hair wearing a leather jacket met us as we were getting out of the car. really nice but a fast talker. Husband told her we were there because of the key. She said it was already gone. long story short. she was all nice until we said we wasn't interested in buy a car. She got really rude and threw our ID back back at us. I’m so impressed by the service department. I have had so many bad experiences with other service dept/mechanic shops in the past. I will never go anywhere else.
