Great Service
Service center hung up on me twice because it was mid-day and they didn’t want to help me with an urgent alternator replacement. Wasn’t bad signal.
I have had the worst experience with Phil long Honda. When selling me the car I wanted they tried to tack on 900 dollars in fees they said were “unavoidable” but then took them off when I said I was going to go somewhere else. They told me when I bought the car it was fully serviced and in a good condition but after just over a month of having the car the AC broke and cost 2000 dollars to replace.
