Very professional, quick to get me on calendar, stuck with estimate and provided a bonus video walk through from under car with a series of notes to keep an eye on. Text update system is convenient, the whole service team, especially Jill, is friendly and quick to pick up the phone. First time customer with a 2005 Pilot with 160k+ miles and they treated it with the same care and respect as a brand new vehicle. Plus you can go for a great scenic bike ride while they work!
