Today I had an appt for 10:45am to have my tires rotated and the transmission fluid changed out. Well as I checked in for my scheduled appt I was told that there was a 2 HOUR wait regardless if I had an appt or not, FINE.. In the checking out process I was told there was a $29.95 fee for rotating and balancing my tires. Explaining to the service lady that I purchased the tires from Phil Hughes Honda at the exact location I was now at she informed me there is a fee to "Balance" them for every tire rotation. The service is terrible. I would not recommend this dealership. I bought my CRV from them brand new. First of all, I had the car 2 weeks and the front passenger side fender was popped out apparently from an accident that the dealership had with the car and pushed it back in by hand so that we would not see it when we picked the car up. I have brought the car up 5 times to get it fixed and on the 5th time they said that they would. I purchased a Subaru from Mike a little over a month ago. I contacted Mike because I live in Va. So I had questions about tags and title I texted Mike a few times and he got back to me immediate. I am very happy with his professionalism and dedication to Customer Sevice.
We purchased a 2025 Honda Pilot EX-L from Jones Honda and we did not know it had a pre-existing condition even before we drove car off of lot. The whole inside of the front had to be ripped out because of the HVAC unit, the seats, dash, steering wheel, air bags, center console, etc. The Sales Manager Nick who is a pure Christian and the Honda Rep were very rude..
