This is the worst dealership in New York.went in to buy a car and listen to my experience before you get screwed like I did. Worst service department, ran by Mike Silva and Viet le. This duo of vile individuals are liars, deceitful, negligent, unprofessional, and unethical. They work together to take no ownership for bad repairs and additional damages. They run customers off using foul language, demeaning them and could care less.. Both are extremely unethical, and unprofessional. Save yourself a headache, and take your business somewhere else. You will be disrespected, and left with a real bad experience...
There is no rating due to after buying phenomenon. Salesman did a good job in my purchasing a used vehicle but after sale was over none of my calls and concerns were acted upon or returned. Perhaps a single older lady they didn't thinks it was important. I am 70 years old, still working as a dental hygienist for over 50 years. I was told car would be cleaned prior to pick up. Once they get your money if you don't buy one of their warranty they don't care and do not call you back. Horrible customer service.
use caution, don't buy protection plan, it's bogus. Get ready to have your time wasted. I was a customer for 20 years and 7 new Hondas, needless to say I have taken my business elsewhere
overpromised and under deliver. I will never visit this dealership again. I told the service department I needed to have the tire replaced either the day I came in or the next day. They promised me it would be delivered by noon the next day. I paid for the tire in advance. I had to call multiple times the next day to find out the status of the tire. Not one staff member was looking to find a solution for me, or refund me my money so I could go else where.
Palmer Hassell was great. We worked the deal out on email, prior to ever meeting. He never made a promise he did not keep. There were no surprises when I went to dealership to finalize the deal. My trade was exactly as promised. It was one of the most pleasant purchases I have made in purchasing a vehicle. The business office experience was also a great asset to the dealership. I brought my 2018 Honda CRV to this dealership for recall work and oil change. The technician informed me that my vehicle was ready on Tuesday afternoon. Agreement was made to pick up on Wednesday morning. On arrival, they were unable to locate my vehicle. I asked, You lost my vehicle? The answer, No, we just can't find it.
