I recently purchased a used 2016 Ford Explorer. The sales guy David Dickinson was very helpful with the process and did everything in his power to get the car to the best price. He went over and beyond for me to help me get the car very fast because I did not have a car the whole summer for my children. 2 weeks ago. [7/10/2025] I called and told the service department that I needed a new oil filter because the plug was stuck and it was leaking oil. I was told that they would order a new[used] oil pan and scheduled me an appointment to have it put on along with some other things. I get to the appointment 7/24/2025 at 10 am. and after checking in was waiting in the waiting room for 2 +hours. the girl came to get me to inform me that I needed a new oil pan, I completely lost my temper with her. I was looking at an SUV that this dealership advertised on Cars.com. I live across country and asked a so called salesman to provide me with a walk around video seeing I was an out of state buyer. He told me he was busy but promised to send the video by the end of the day. The day ended, no video. The next day I sent him a reminder. By the end of that day I get a 42 second video that was an absolute joke!!! Today I had an appt for 10:45am to have my tires rotated and the transmission fluid changed out. Well as I checked in for my scheduled appt I was told that there was a 2 HOUR wait regardless if I had an appt or not, FINE.. In the checking out process I was told there was a $29.95 fee for rotating and balancing my tires. Explaining to the service lady that I purchased the tires from Phil Hughes Honda at the exact location I was now at she informed me there is a fee to "Balance" them for every tire rotation.
