Every major business in town has lost their customers service etiquette including Honda of Salem. It used to be one of the best in Oregon and over 3 decades we’ve purchased many vehicles from them but now we are looking elsewhere. The service department has employed very rude and impatient individuals. when you finally get someone to answer the phone after almost 20 minutes wait they want to force you to go online to book appointments. The service department is incompetent. We took our Odyssey several times for repairs. Despite fixing several things and spending thousands of dollars, the problem was never fixed. After one of the repairs they forgot to replace the plastic engine covering amd left them insidemy vehicle. The warning lights that were repaired came on hours before we planned on trading in the vehicle. I stopped by to see what they could do.
