My wife and I scheduled a warranty replacement for a fuel pump in our CRV for the morning of December 12, 2024 at 0800 and that the repair would take all-day. The employee scheduling the appointment was then told that we would need a loaner car. She told us that we could not reserve one, but we should get there early as the loaner cars were first come, first served. I purchased a 2005 Crossfire SRT-6 that by all accounts was clean based on feedback I got from the agent I was dealing with and the Carfax report. I wasn't told about a single issue this vehicle had during the mechanical inspection which listed a slew of issues on the report. The dealer decided to only fix the easy and cheap fixes instead of addressing all the issues this car had. Customer service does not seem to be the focus here. My fiancee and I went in to sell my car and to buy a new one. I requested these to be separate transactions as the new car was going into her name (needing to switch things around to accommodate a mortgage loan as we are also trying to move).
