I can’t imagine a better real estate agent to work on your behalf than Phil Houston. What we needed in this crazy housing market was someone with the many decades of experience like Phil. Not only does he know the world of real estate like the back of his hand, he was also extremely patient in showing us houses that he probably knew would not work for us, but would, nevertheless give us a sense of the range of houses available on the market .
