Crazy driver
We have received exceptional service from this company. The drivers are courteous and polite. They follow procedure and treat my special ability son like the respected human being that he is.🥰Ryan, Marcus and Calvin are top notch and my son enjoys riding with them which makes me feel relieved knowing he is being transported with cared. The entire team truly are PHENOMENAL!!
They discharged me just like they did to me back in the year 2024. These caregivers are corner cutters, create very short visits, trying to drag you around the community, and also forcing you to clean up your room and take a shower every day, and never gives you the home care that you need and deserve. These people need to be closed down in the far distant future, this is not the way to get home care in the first place. I have been with this company 6 months so far, and I have been through a few matches for my father. I feel that it is important to have the right person taking care of your loved one and this company works for the families to achieve that. The best part is, Ms. Fraser will not tolerate certain types of behavior. I have realized it is hard to find a good hard worker that is honest and when you find a company that will listen to you.
