I was desperately looking for someone to correct a bad hair dye job so I messaged the manager of Phenix and she had a stylist contact me within minutes and I was able to get in the same day to see Casey in suite 124. It's nerve wracking meeting someone new, unaware of their talents or possible lack thereof AND expecting them to fix someone else's errors but she was super friendly and clearly knowledgeable and honest. My first time there today and I am so happy!!! As soon as I sent a message on Facebook inquiring about an appointment, I got a message back right away. Angella is absolutely amazing! I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she made it happen! I walked out a new woman! Not only was my color and cut perfect but the atmosphere was so comfortable. Right from day 1, my experience here has been great, both as a tenant and for my business. The landlord is always professional, very responsible, helpful, on top of things, always very prompt in getting things done.
