Reid and his team do a extraordinary job. I came from a place of a back injury and past frozen shoulder and I’m off pain meds because Reids work and I finally feel strong again with his guidance to be back at regular exercise I can thank this place enough I know my back will just get better and better
Today, I was recording a video for a friend after my chest routine - which means I was super tired - and I realized that I never mentioned the amazing work that Dr Reid did since my surgery due to a pectoralis major muscle rupture. I was lifting 230 pounds, once again after the entire chest routine, without feeling difference between my right and left chest/arms. My experience at Phenix Physical Therapy has been nothing but awesome. The whole team takes great care of you and really cares about your physical well being! Currently I am in my strengthening stage after having rotator cuff surgery in September. I feel like my progress has been great and I have Phenix to thank for that! I recommend anyone who is looking for a physical therapist to come to Phenix Physical Therapy!
Great place to get rehab!!! I had a ACL reconstruction surgery, got back up did hike in just 4 months. Julia Baron is amazing, she treats people really well, infact I got way better in strength & fitness after going through the rehab by Julia Baron!!! I would recommend Phenix Physical Therapy to everyone who wants to quickly recover from any injuries!!!!
This is my second round with Reid at Phenix, following a hip replacement. Knowing that 'no pain, no gain' is the standing routine, we jumped right in and have our first week complete.
