4 stars simply because no one is perfect, the staff is great & the care was better than most places I've been, I'd definitely use this location again if needed
Typically our care here is acceptable, obviously there are exceptions. My biggest annoyance currently is my husband is being seen for a migraine. The music is blaringly loud and not making the situation any better. When asked if it can be turned down, the response was that they are not allowed to for legal reasons due to thin walls. 1. There have been many times when the music has been much quieter or not playing at all. 2. Maybe don't make a medical clinic with thin walls?? 3. Dr. Craig Tatom was efficient and very careful in his treatment as I was having quite a bit of pain. He quickly assessed my problem and his choice of treatment was very effective.
Every staff member was professional, very nice and explained everything to me. I didn't have to wait long, they stride on not having you wait long. My first time there and I will definitely be going back
