All staff were kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. The experience was definitely a 10.
Everyone was very kind even though the office was very backed up. The doctor listened to reason for visit, promptly set up tests for blood work, and other tests. Doctor did not seem to be rushing or in a hurry, he did explain my situation to my caregiver helping to understand my situation, and thoroughly explained what to expect next.
