Phelps Lab staff is the best from St. Louis to Springfield to MU, none are as gentle with far less bruising and pain than Phelps phlebotomists. Especially Mel, she should train all. When your sick and scared with serious issues, the stress is so much less when they approach each week. For me, they are a blessing. Thank you!

Staff was quick and jovial. Beds were uncomfortable though.
