RecommendedI was taken to the ER in June 2020 with a heart attack. From the EMS workers, ER, and staff I had nothing but excellent care. I am so grateful they have the cath lab here now. Everything was taken care of right here at Phelps Health. I have been here for over 40 years and the care just keeps getting better. Thank you.
I was at the ER last night,because of severe pain. After standing in the waiting room for two hours watching the nurses touch their faces with their dirty gloves. Put on clean mask with dirty hands and still not use anything on their hands after putting the mask on. Wheels chairs not being wiped down, I could go on and on. I knew I couldn’t stay there or I would be sick with having heart problems and being a diabetic. They need to clean that place up!!!!
I was referred for a mammogram because I have a lump in my breast. I haven’t had one in 5 years (mammo) the radiologist in the breast center REFUSED to give me my mammogram because he wanted to look at the 5 year old one first! I have a lump.. my mother dies of breast cancer and my grandmother had it as well. Now that being said I’m supposed to have a mammogram EVERY year but that LAZY radiologist didn’t feel like working so they just refused to see me on the grounds that they had to wait for an obsolete mammo to take two we... read more

One of the most expensive places I've ever been too. They will charge you for services you didn't even receive
They are very polite..good with patients..iv had 4 surgery..great work...very nice and Drs..will tell you anything you need to know...Been going there over 12 years
Worst care in any ER I have ever seen a patient get. I will never let another family member darken their doors.
