I have been living in Pheasant Run Apartments for 2 years now. Considering that I am gone for 16 hours a day and only sleep here, its not that bad but could be better. The apartments themselves are VERY outdated. The leasing staff in the office is sometimes rude and there is a constant issue with bugs. I have brought it to their attention multiple times. As soon as my lease is up, I am out of this place. They are VERY difficult to get ahold of and never return my calls. I've been having issues with my dishwasher not working well. They keep saying there is nothing wrong with it. I have to wash all my dishes before using the dishwasher. Which is pointless. It won't even clean a small specks off a plate!
