If I could leave zero stars, I would. I lived here for a year and it was the worst experience with an apartment that I have ever had. They went through three different property managers in my year of living there. This made it hard to get a hold of anyone. The phone number for the manager did not have a voicemail, so anytime I wanted to get a hold of them, I had to keep calling until someone finally answered or send an email and wait three or more days to hear back. I scheduled a tour at Pheasant Ridge Apartments twice, and no one showed up either time. It was a complete waste of time and very unprofessional. This experience left a bad first impression.

These apartments homes are spacious and well maintained. There is a play-ground for the kids to play out side. No worries if you have an only child, there will be enough kids for them to play with outside on the playground. There is lots of visitor parking for when your family visits. The office staff is astonishing. They are always ready to help. The grounds are well kept. There is a very nice maintenance man who gets the jobs done. Come for a tour and let me know what you think.
