Don't rent here!!! Stay away from this place. The owner is very rude and will find any reason to steal your security deposit. She'll steal $100 bucks to wash the carpet as you leave, no matter how clean it is. It's on the lease even though it's illegal, making me question the ower's intelligence... The buildings smell all sorts of SPICES in the evening. We always complained but the lady did nothing. The smell comes through the pipes of the bathroom. Worst service i have seen Living in Pheasant Ridge Apartments especially during Winter is like a worst nightmare.The service is "the Worst". They don't clean the snow frequently so you are stuck and cann't go out.And also they don't fix the plumbing work or any fixings need to be done in the house soon.And the heat not included apartments have old heating systems which are like 30 years old so it takes for ever for the room to get heated and so on n on....There is no limit to point out all the bad things...Beware of this com... read more
