I just moved here in February and have had no problems. They got me in when nobody else would. As far as roaches . Not only do I keep my place clean but use roach bait and have no problems with them. It's not fancy but home is what u make it!🙂
Hello I live here at pheasant ridge and the staff really r friendly and as far as they don't care yes they do , ascfarcascthr bug problem well clean ur house bottom line , I live here and have no bugs y u ask cuz I keep a very well cleaned house cleaned with bleach try it and I don't Leave food out in the open i.putbit away I do my dishes right after i eat I don't leave them in the sink ..I've been here almost a year now and have no problems at all .. Trash will try to run over you and take extra money my rent was 1 day late and they were closed but now since they were closed I have to pay a $50 late fee that's bull don't move in here

This complex is very dirty. It's not maintained. They allow anyone and everyone to live there. The complex has a major bes bug ad roach infestation. Nothing is ever done. People are living there as if this is normal. I know of several people that have moved out from there due to the issues. I have also seen this myself. This complex was not bad in the passed but now the owner and staff should be ashamed.
