RecommendedI have lived at Pheasant Ridge for the better part of a decade and anytime I’ve had any issue, big or small, it was taken care of accordingly and in a timely fashion. Makayla and Amber have been great with all of my needs and are always able to help with any questions I have. I wish I knew the Maintenance guys names but they have also done a great fixing whatever issues I’ve had with my apartment. I've lived at Pheasant Ridge for 15 years now. As a young adult, trying to find an apartment can be daunting. But the staff made it so comfortable and easy. The price is reasonable based on your income and the community is quiet and nice. In 15 years I've never had one complaint. When my fridge finally went out. The staff worked as fast as they could to repair/replace it. Owning a property is hard and most of the time thankless work. The management is very nice and professional when I call there . They hired a cleaning lady and she does a wonderful job cleaning the hallways and keeping the outside of the apartments clean. I recommend living there! They just had a little Easter egg hunt for the kids its family oriented. keep up the good work!!
It sucks. Management sucks. Management unlocked our door and walked in on us without any notice other than a knock. Have had service requests in for 7 months. One time got locked out, was locked out all night because their “24 hour” maintenance dude didn’t answer. One of our doors doesn’t have a lock on it. Not the first time someone has unlocked our door and just walked in. This place SUCKS.
This place is a disaster. And if any of the staff try and say shit about my rating I'll take all the pictures of what's wrong with my unit and post them if need be since nothing gets fixed.
I have heard great things about these apartments. I know from experience that communication and maintenance lack in a lot of areas. I believe that there is good to be shown. The pool never did work, but does now. I believe with new management and employees, things are turning for the best!
