Wait time was and had always been less than 4 minutes before they call me back. They always greet me with a smile. I have not ever felt like they are rushed. Very friendly staff.

They are always so courteous and kind. It doesn't seem like you are going to the dentist. This is like going to visit friends with the perk of getting my teeth fixed at the same time.
