slow pharmacy experience and no communication whatsoever. waited 25 minutes in line and had to say something first before the line was acknowledged at all. we were also in the front of the line with no communication

The cosmetic department staff need some serious customer service training.Never say hello, looking at their phone and make no effort to source or order an out of stock item. Seem bored or disengaged with a snobby attitude.
This pharmacy has the most kind, compassionate, helpful staff. They have helped keep my elderly family members independent with their medications longer than I imagined was possible. Thank you to the Broadmead Pharmasave team!
