As a current tenant at Pharmacy Place, I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience with the property management. The staff is unresponsive to emails and dismissive in person. When you try to follow up on important matters, they either ignore you or act as if they don’t know how to help. The property manager, Mr. Naser, is especially unhelpful—he doesn’t respond to simple inquiries, even when a basic yes or no would do. Would it be a good place to live? We hesitated during the first 25 minutes waiting at the rentals office, just standing there feeling invisible and being ignored by five staff members talking very noisy, almost yelling to each other.
