I initially wanted to rate the L&D department a 5. I went in several times starting around 37 weeks pregnant to be checked bc I was having labor symptoms. Everyone was so nice & helpful. Until 3/31 when I went in & they checked me, said I wasn't far enough along to be admitted. Sent me off to walk & come back twice. The third time I came back I was "Almost a 4" but they sent me home to "take something to help me sleep" and told me to come back if my water broke or contractions got stronger.
