They don’t care and don’t take patients seriously. Really sad, I have been going through Kaiser since I was a kid and never dealt with this kind of service before. Being denied blood test, having a doctor that doesn’t take my symptoms or my health seriously, having nurses insinuate I am a hypochondriac by saying, “ they don’t want to feed me symptoms,”. Refusing to sign paper work so I don’t lose my job because I keep getting sick. Way to go Kaiser.
Clinic is convenient and everything in one building. One stop shop. Doctors, lab, pharmacy and optometry etc all in one building.
Horrible horrible horrible billing customer service. My brother-in-law died in December. We had all his mail forwarded immediately. In March we got a notice that his Kaiser insurance bill was late. We contacted Kaiser and after a few days (no not hours) we finally got to the correct department after being transfered between departments in a big circle. We had his insurance cancelled (another few days) and asked if there were any open bills due. We were told no and asked if any bills were missed that they be forwarded to us f... read more
A lot different than the usual Kaiser experience. Also in the kid’s toy area had a shelf at kids head level with glass and breakable decor and when they’re playing on the floor it is easy for them to hit their heads. That low shelf should def be removed!
