10 days ago I injured my back with severe pain going down my leg that is bad enough now I am trying to treatment and found out that Kaiser could give a crap about how much pain your in or your quality of life and I can't switch plans until open enrollment so I have to deal with this for 6 more months. KAISER IS WORTHLESS !
Ramona, ER Nurse is WONDERFUL! Had 5 kids under 9 in waiting room while husband was being treated!! She brought juice and cookies for kids! Thank you!!!!!
On March 29, my wife fell (her own accident) got a concussion, black eye, drove her front tooth through her bottom lip, and broke the tooth. Kaiser sewed it up and treated her for the concussion. But a few days later we noticed a lump in her lip. After absolutely no interest whatsoever on the part of Kaiser to X-Ray her lip, we went to our own dentist. Sure enough, the tooth is in there. Since then we have made countless phone calls and appeals to Kaiser to please get this out of her lip. It now appears to be getting infecte... read more
