Horrible experience. The female who took my copay was incompetent of her job and checked me under the wrong name then doesn’t apologize and brings up my profile and simply says to go to building A. I get to Building A and I have been waiting over 2 hours for vitals that have yet to happen. I ask the nurse that’s been calling people before me that has came way after me what’s going on and she was rude! Had a over there phone with a dr who suggested that with the symptoms I’m having to go in to be seen he scheduled me with a dr chance who had me waiting in the lobby for almost 3 hrs and had not been seen to find out she won’t see me till the end of day Amanda Chance is a complete joke to this establishment

All was good first time around with cancer now that it has returned it above there head I have cancer returned they can’t get I biosphy because I have achalasia and they can’t get a breathing tube in me so they say there nothing they can do for me sent me to LA three times they say the same I just want them to refer Me out of Kaiser for 2nd look at me . RecommendedThere were ups n downs with Kaiser but what hospital doesn’t? My husband was in n out of the hospital from 2/2019-4/2019. Emergency was great! While in the hospital, nurses were wonderful! One nurse ordered extra food for me since I was there with my husband all day n night on some days. Anyway his last hospitalization was in April. My husband had end stage cancer.
