Normally I'm very positive about kaiser but today not so much. I was on hold for 2 hrs! waiting for the pharmacy to answer. I come in and the tech completely disregarded my irritation. And then I sit and wait for them to fill my prescription, when the whole reason I was calling was so it would be ready when I get there.

We only go to the Richmond location because my daughters pediatrician got transferred here and it’s 5 minutes away from the house but if you I don’t need pediatric services definitely drive to San Rafael/Terra Linda for all your medical needs. When it comes to the emergency room it’s like a day and night. They remodeled the San Rafael location, and I have never had to wait over 20 minutes to be seen. Richmond location is approximately an hour and a half to two hours and please try to get you out of there as fast as they can ... read more
