I love the care we get. But the ER needs attention. Came down to the er per a referral from the kaiser in Victorville. To my surprise the er is in need a lot of attention. I went to the rest room and there was a women in there that was doing drugs. The smell of the er especially in the pediactric waiting room smelled like really bad body order, from our homeless sleeping in there., and the trash that was left behind from other patients that were waiting. Lo peor desde que aceptan medical están saturados !!!! El estacionamiento súper llenooool , elevadores llenos , llegas tarde 10 min gracias a todo esto y todavía dicen que te van a cancelar la cita ! Como subir al 5 piso con el pie inflamado !!!

It is deplorable. We have been waiting for almost seven hours. They are concerned for my Dad's health. We can't leave, and we have no choices.
