Terrible patient service to let people sit in a waiting room without even informing them that their scheduled appt is running behind. This is totally unacceptable and sadly very typical for Kaiser
Kaiser is putting patients at risk of fatal drug interactions as well as being unable to receive medications in a timely manner. By not giving pharmacists back there pent ions as well as improving critical drug interaction information do to the speed they are forcing pharmacists to dispense prescriptions. This is an outrage! Kaiser member services is inadequately informed and has no helpful patient instruction for preparing for this possible closure. Shame on you Kaiser!
