Cassie Customer service representative was very rude. I have never experienced this rudeness here before. All other representative s have always been very kind, helpful and courteous. I heard Cassie putting words in my mouth telling a Pharmacist that I was upset and mad. I was never mad or upset I was just trying to explain in a calm voice what was happening with my heart medication. Luckily the Pharmacist that helped me out was able to assist me and get me a weeks worth of my medication. Love this pharmacy just not the bad ... read more
Basic noise level
Went to pharmacy. Counter person was a little rude like she was annoyed we had questions. I like the way they have other stuff for puchase on shelves around the seating area so you can pick up stuff you need while waiting and pay when you get your meds. Convenient.
