Terrible, take over a week to get your meds, they are very condescending when speaking with the pharmacist, not empathetic, do not question if a script may be incorrect and just send it, by that time it cannot be returned and you have to pay for it, would you question a new script for an injectable drug if there was no script for needles?
I had to switch to this pharmacy for one of my sons specialty compound medications and it's been an awful experience. For 2/3 times the medications hasn't been filled correctly. It's a compound medications that requires being mixed correctly and it's come unmixed. Absolutely unacceptable. When patients can't choose the specialty pharmacy they want to use and instead have to use a pharmacy like this it's absolutely maddening. Pharmacy Advantage has been delivering my medication for several years now. Excellent service and customer service experience is excellent.
The pharmacist in this place is not friendly nor helpful. I had a prior authorization done and approved by insurance but pharmacist here saying not approved although I told her I have the approval letter which I can fax but she declined to receive that stating she needs a letter direct from insurance. She was rudely told me that it does not matter what I have. I waited one week and then I asked my doctor to transfer my prescription to Costco and they refilled it without any questions the same day.
