I've had good experiences with this pharmacy so far. I only get one medication and it's not anything special, but so far my deliveries have been very prompt and the service has been good. They called me to see if I wanted a refill when it was time, rather than making me call in. I have had to use another mail-in pharmacy before through Beaumont, and they were awful.
Far too much wasteful packaging. One simple, padded envelope will do just fine for one vial of pills, not the gargantuan padding with cold pack. All this does is increase shipping costs and clog landfills.
I have been so frustrated with this pharmacy. The only reason it gets two stars instead of one is because the people I've spoken to on the phone have truly been kind to me. But none of that matters if I don't get my meds. My insurance plan requires that we go through Pharmacy Advantage for regular meds or they will not cover them. I am now on my second bout of withdrawals because it takes forever to get a prescription filled. My current Rx has said "In Process" for three days now.
