After a week I called about my prescriptions and got B,S. about the mail and after more complaining I finally got they will go out the next day meaning they hadn't even started processing them yet. Find a better Pharmacy this one is terrible
This company has been burning up my phone from 2 different area codes (317) and (463) for the past 2 days from dozens of different numbers. I called one of their random numbers back and was told they were following up on my order. When I asked what the order was they couldn't tell me and asked if I had diabetes. When I said no, they hung up. Had to give them 1 star just submit the review for this company. They definitely don't deserve 1/4 of a star.
Terrible company. Good luck getting a hold of them, especially if they leave you a vague message and you have to call them back. Healthy Living was phenomenal and I wish HAP never switched.
3 crucial meds took 2 weeks to arrive, and that’s while calling them 1-3 times a day. I got different info from every person I spoke to. “They’ll arrive tomorrow...” No, 2 weeks. This has been going on since Jan 1st 2020. Now I’m getting bills. I shouldn’t be! They’re 90 day supplies, tier 1 and 2. Most staff are very rude. I can never speak to a supervisor or get a name. I’d rather fork out the money then risk my life, waiting for my medication. I’ll make a phone call to HAP.
They can't improve. I never received my meds! Preferred pharmacy: PHARMACY ADVANTAGE MAIL ORDER #320 - TROY, MI - 735 JOHN R, SUITE 150 Comment: ombita-paritap-riton-dasabuvirDspk! I didn't even know I was approved for them until long after some employee probably gave them out, sold them, or who knows what. I call and get no answers to what happened. It's Fieger time folks.
It takes way too long for prescriptions to arrive. Almost 2 weeks and still no prescriptions and the staff doesn't care. I sent a card to my daughter in California at the same time and she has had it for a week now. I will pay more out of pocket now to use a local pharmacy and am writing a letter to HAP to let them know how unacceptable this mail order pharmacy is.
