Dr Pham did colonoscopy and endoscopy on me, I was only able to have a phone call apt 3 months after, he ordered gas emptying procedure, after this I only got an email with the results and recommended prescription to fax to my pharmacy. I called his office and requested a phone call to discuss the meds he prescribed, the office told me it will be 3-6 months away! Needless to say I will be seeing another Gastro specialist soon. He is a nice Dr but too too busy!!!
Dr. Pham is an amazing doctor. He did an ERCP on me. He explained the procedure with good detail. He did a great job and even came to check up on me after my gallbladder surgery. He’s very knowledgeable, caring and I felt like I was in great hands. His nurses were also amazing as well.
I think this is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. I was on the table for a colonoscopy and he learned that I take Losec for acid reflux. He asked if I've ever had a Gastro... scan thing before. I hadn't, and he immediately gave me the option to have one done while I was already on the table. This saved me a visit back later. He's also very responsive with follow-ups and scheduling other procedures based on either my comments/complaints or things he found.
Comes to speak the patient or family after scope if asked. Very thorough! To the point and honest which I appreciate, but takes the time to listen to what is going on. Great doctor.
