Returned a call I received this morning. There’s three women there working this morning shift which the lady on the phone said. The lady had a nasty attitude when I said I’m returning a call I received. “ i don’t know who call you…” was the response. I said “ well can you look it up ? Like I’m confused you’re telling me that none of the three people called me and you don’t know why. Very unprofessional especially in the health care. This is very unfortunate that I have to write a negative google review. My experience has been terrible with the office. I have always maintained a standard for my health as they say many of us African American men do not stay on top of our medical info and visits. This office is managed terribly. You can rarely ever get someone on the phone. Voicemail after voicemail goes unanswered. Patient portal requests go unanswered.
