STOP LOOKING FOR HVAC INSTALLATION SERVICE....YOU FOUND THE RIGHT GUY!! I spoke to Patrick about replacing my furnace asap and he was there the next day. He was on time, removed the old furnace, and installed a new one for a very reasonable price.
My saga is a long one fraught with much pain and suffering of fancy wrapped fleet trucks refusing to perform the very services they advertise, no shows, being blown off, or just flat out being denied. I am very happy! I had the pleasure of dealing with Patrick, the owner, and I must say, the service was phenomenal. When my furnace needed replacement, I called him on Wednesday, and to my surprise, he arrived half an hour earlier than scheduled on a snowy Friday. Having a furnace fail during the holidays is never fun, but Patrick made it manageable. I spoke with multiple companies in the Pittsburgh area and PGX beat them in every way.
