I do not give this company any stars but it makes you select one. It’s been a year trying to get my windows fixed. Always missing windows, wrong size, wrong window. Took 9 months to replace a stress cracked window which happened the day after install. I have damaged vinyl that can’t be fixed and don’t know what to do about that. Company repo says that’s a big deal…. I have circles show up on the windows when they are wet with dew…was told that would go away. Not yet! I ordered PGT Windows from Weather Tite. Salesman gave unrealistic timeline, now it has been almost a year and I am still waiting for the job to be finished and shoddy installation to be corrected. Weather Tite blames PGT. I think both are to blame.

Horrible customer service. After waiting a year to get my windows installed, 2 very large windows were damaged. Had to call to get a timeline of when they would be delivered. Had to call another time to check in on why no one called me for install after they were suppose to be delivered. They have been at the warehouse nearly 10 days but "never checked in". We had impact windows and French door installed though Home Depot in 2017. Since 2017 they already replaced the French door 5 time and we still have the same issue, water is leaking through the door into the walls. It is not an installment issue, during this time the door has been replaced by different companies working along with Home Depot. The doors PGT are making are defective. I am wondering why we continue to wait after 5 months for replacement sliders that were defective when installed? They were ordered on 2/17/21, installed on 8/19/21, inspected 8/31/21. The same day they were inspected we put in a claim as all the sliders were defective. The PGT Field Service Technician came out and confirmed that all six sliders were defective and replacements would be received with two weeks. Avoid this company at all costs. Read Google reviews. Customer service is non-existent. I called approximately 1 year after installation due to spring clips on screens. At this point, it was only one. Service rep said they would mail a couple to me. Never received. Called again in 2018 (3 years after installation) to report that, now, all screen clips were rusted. Like others on this forum do not buy PGT. I have french doors with sidelights and similar to what others have said the Door and side lights came in poor packaging. I had this combination of doors and sidelights replaced not once but twice and both times from the MFG there was not enough silicon applied between the class and frame thus allowing water intrusion. Unacceptable for how much these doors cost and supposedly how large this company is. Terrible product avoid at all cost. There are better options out there.

Do not buy these windows. After 10 years, all of our PGT windows have failed. The glass is foggy and the seal between the panes has blown out and is now between the two panes. I spoke with customer service and they said there is nothing they will do. Every window in a house should not fail after 10 years. They do not stand by their product.
