This is the worst leasing company I've ever dealt with. Terrible service with all aspects from billing to repairs. A banana could do a better job managing a property than them. I would rather go back to living in the dirt overseas for another year than lease a place through them again. I wish there was a way to give them negative 5 stars.
I couldn't be more satisfied with PGM as my current property managers. Aside from the detailed reports, communication, and no-hassle process, their leasing agents leased my units In less than 30 days with approved screened occupants. Thanks Jeremy, Justin & team!
