Rented the apartment as is. When PGM took over management of this building I gave them a list of all things wrong with apt when we moved in. When we ended our lease the took 2/3 of our deposit, charging us for things we never had. A window screen, toilet paper holder. Also charged for cleaning an oven that was cleaned by me! Charged 95.00 to put a closet door back on track. Charged for hard wire smoke detectors that malfunctioned. Their maintenance person took them and replaced with battery operated wall mounted ones! Horrible Company .. Don't ever get sucked into thinking these gays are nothing more than scam artists. They don't give a crap about renters, or the properties they live in. Terrible service ... Terrible customer service .. Do yourself a favor, never rent here, always research the company !!!
Sure wish I would have stayed in the dorms. For the money it is not worth living in a place that is disgusting and dirty. Property is falling apart and no help from the leasing company.

This company is a joke .. isn't funny that many of the 5 star comments are all on the same day .. Slow day in the office .. lets make up some false 5 star comments .. company run by assclowns
PLEASE- do NOT hire these people!!!! The 5 star ratings have to be from PGM- most of the names are people that work there so do not let it fool you. I cannot imagine anyone being happy with hiring them or being a resident of theirs after my experience. They manage the home I live in and it is an absolute nightmare! They are very unprofessional and have not sent maintenance out to fix our heat, washer/dryer, door, the list goes on and on, until they find someone- it's been over a week. Justin Gall and PGM are evil and horrible. They knowingly rented me a condemned house, with a basement full of sewage. It looked fine when I viewed it, but they told me there was no basement. They had a saw horse set up in front of the door and told me it was a closet. A month later when I went to move in, after signing lease, getting key and paying deposit, etc., there was a condemned sign on the door and the whole block stunk. PGM made me homeless. PGM IS THE WORST LEASING COMPANY!!! I highly recommend that if you are looking to rent, please do not use PGM. I have read some of these reviews and it seems that they only satisfy the personnel they manage the homes for. They do not care about repairing. They do not care about their tenants. They provide the worse service ever. They are the epitome of a SLUM LORD. Once this lease is over, I will never lease from them ever again and I will never recommend them to anyone.
