I'm surprised at all the bad press. I used to work near the PG&E office and often paid my bill in person. People were always nice to me and waiting was minimal. No problems.
Waited too long When asked one of the clerks form help she replied she Was on Her lunch but she Was on the front desk on the phone asking about 401k plan .. If their on their lunch they should be on the break room or another private place
