Beyond Terrible customer service, I went in looking for a relatively common and inexpensive part for my truck. guy at the front Floyd told me "we probably have one but it isn't worth my time to go look for it..." really? LOL okay! I will never come back! i buy car parts often enough and you permanently lost a future customer.

Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered a front camera for a Nissan Rogue and paid for it upfront. After that, we had to call them over 20 times to follow up, and despite all the promises and excuses, the part was never shipped. We have records of all the calls and communications. In our experience, this business took payment and failed to deliver the product or provide proper customer service. Save yourself the frustration and avoid dealing with these guys. We ordered a vehicle part from them the front camera for Nissan rogue after calling them probably more than 20 times with all the call records and everything they didn't sent the product and they charged upfront. Kindly stay away from this kind of shitty business. Do not deal with them at all.
