This shit place handling some copart cars, which I bought it on auction day. I pick up car from here on Monday after waiting there for 2 hour yet I still get charge $25 a day for storage fee after picking up the cars and i don't understand why. So far I been charge for Tuesday Jan 20 Wednesday Jan 21 and Thursday Jan 22 for a car that been pick up on Monday Jan 19.i called copart customer service and they give me Their phone number to call. No more business

Worst customer service, disrespectful, arrogant individual named jess, she has a nasty attitude and has no self respect or for others. I had worst experience dealing with these people just for picking up my vehicle I bought from COPART and I do not recommend this place.
Great pricing and parts availability. Really helpful staff. Needed a washer reservoir and pump for my car and there was an issue on the pump, Doug was extremely helpful and found a solution. Would highly recommend.
Guy at front desk decides to treat women like they dont know what theyre talking about. They also try not to live up to their warranty program.
