Been taking my entire family to Pflugerville Smiles for many years now. The fact the kids are excited for dental care is refreshing since I don't get the same response going to the pediatrician. Our oral health is in good hands and never been disappointed by the team and their dedication for providing good oral health to their patients. Will recommend anytime anyway for someone looking for a dentist specially if you have a family with kids apprehensive about keeping up dental appointments.
I have been a patient of Pflugerville smiles for a few years. I would like to thank everyone there for the outstanding patient services. From dealing with insurance to scheduling appointments Pflugerville smiles is first class. Not to mention the friendliest group of people you would want to meet. I strongly reccomend Pflugerville smiles to any one looking to have a pleasant dental appointment experience.
I’ve never left an appointment disappointed all the times I’ve gone to Smiles. The hygienist is GREAT!! She answered all of my questions. Dr. “Rama” is so compassionate. If I don’t want something done she simply doesn’t do it. Highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a dentist with a great staff.
I love this dentist! Went in for some minor work and told them I would make a new appointment for an additional tooth that was bothering me. She took great lengths to identify where I was feeling discomfort. Afterwards, she told me that I had not identified the same tooth twice and my recent x-rays showed no issues. I could make another appointment but there was nothing else she needed to do at this time. So nice when a dentist cares about your health more than taking your money!
I must admit I was real nervous when going in. The professionalism and ability to ease the visit was top notch. Overall great experience considering it is a Dentistry.
I was rather reserved about seeing a dentist again as past experiences left me with a bit of trauma. After finally regaining my nerves, Pflugerville Smiles assured me a comfortable and somewhat pleasant experience. Well as pleasant as it could be. I expected a horrible visit each time I went however it was just the opposite. The entire staff really took good care of me and was very attentive from the moment I steeped inside.
