The staff and Dentist at Pflugerville Smile went above and beyond when I was looking for a new Dentist. I was greeted warmly and felt like a valued patient. Thanks for putting my concern of dentists to rest. I would reccomend you to any of my friends and to anyone who may ask.
This office is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had an emergency dental problem, Pflugerville Smiles Dentistry was able to squeeze me in and preform am emergency extraction.
I've been seeing Dr. B for almost a year now. I just recently had a crown seated and it fit beautifully! She is very meticulous and quite the perfectionist! I've never had any issues after having fillings done either. Amanda is very knowledgeable about what your insurance will cover, and her assistant Carmen is very sweet and makes you feel comfortable. So far I've had great visits!
On my first visit. communication between staff seemed to be off. There was a lot if confused and miscommunication. Also could hear two ladies in the back discussing who should help do a cleaning because neither of them wanted to. On my second visit, I went in for a fill on cavities. The doctor numbed each side of my mouth and then walked away for long enough that when they started to drill in my teeth I could feel everything on one side. I received great service with the staffs.
Dr. Balaraman is taking care of my whole family. She and the staff discuss treatment options and explain what they are, scheduling is fairly simple and the reminders are helpful in remembering the appointment. It can be more challenging to work with children, as they may not want to have their mouths open for what needs to be done or if they need to have a cavity filled, it’s not comfortable, but I felt like Dr. and her staff held a caring presence for my children. My parents recommended me to this dentist, they were very happy with the work done and impressed with the whole staff. For years I avoided taking about my teeth and dentist because I of the intense fear of the whole process. It got to a point that I had to go in and have work done. Right away the dental assistant put me at ease, she was so kind and somehow knew I was scared. I highly recommend this dentist and the dental hygienists.
