Love the lettuce wraps, and torn between the Buddha's Delight and garlic eggplant. The ginger beer (non-alcoholic) is refreshing.

We go there about once a month. They are consistent with their food taste and quantity. The wait staff is well trained. Great happy hour.

P.F chang's was very disappointing. My daughter and I went to lunch today. I was mortified to see how dirty the table setting was and then watched the manager dust the empty tables with a rag and then used that same rag to wipe the appetizer plates. The silverware was dirty and after waiting for 45 minutes on our entrees there was a hair in my daughter's food.
We arrived at 6:45 and were seated pretty soon afterward. The appetizers were good and the service was great. After about 45 minutes we were told that our dinner would be another 45 minutes. We are from Atlanta and love the P.F. Chang's there. This store needs to be retrained on high volume turnover. Knoxville is a growing city so they are going to have to keep up with other cities.
